Welcome to ALMA Galería & Women’s Artist Residency

ALMA Women’s Artist Residency is an intersection of artist residency, small art gallery & library in the tiny magical town of Cambutal, Panama.

This space is a soft place to land and will welcome women artists and creators for two-week residencies. Writers, photographers, painters, mixed media artists… the list goes on.

Our goal is to create a positive impact on women’s lives: both artists in residence and women in the local community. Therefore, creating a radically positive impact on society. In periods of vacancy, the studio space will serve as a community gathering space for women to create art and host immersive educational workshops.
